Katherine Carscallen – Executive Director
Katherine Carscallen is a lifelong resident of Bristol Bay, raised in a generational fishing family. She captains the F/V Sea Hawk, making a living as part of the longest lasting sustainable salmon fishery in the world. She has worked actively for over a decade to protect the habitat which sustains Bristol Bay.

Nels Ure - Communications Director
Nels Ure is a second generation Bristol Bay fishermen. He lives in Naknek, Alaska and has been fishing for more than half of his life. Nels is passionate about the long term sustainability of Bristol Bay's fishery & habitat, an advocate for in region equity, and seeks to engage the young generation of fishermen with issues that will affect Bristol Bay's future. outreach@fishermenforbristolbay.org

Erika De la Rosa - Outreach Coordinator
Erika De la Rosa is a fourth generation Bristol Bay Fishermen. Enriching a lifetime of commercial fishing experience with a masters degree in Marine and Environmental Affairs from the University of Washington, Erika has a spirited energy for protecting small sustainable businesses, maritime heritage, and the Bristol Bay watershed. erika@fishermenforbristolbay.org
